I woke up in the morning to the sun light coming directly on my face through the window of my small room which is our little world.
I opened my eyes and saw that my cute little brother was sleeping holding me which brings a smile to my face.
I kissed him on forehead and put him to sleep properly and got up quickly and freshened up and went to take a bath.
After getting ready quickly, I went down to the kitchen and started preparing breakfast and have to other chores on time. Otherwise I will get scolded and punished again.
I stay with my Tauji and taiji.
After that night, my life got changed. They abandoned me and my brother like trash. They treat us like their servants. So now my only family is my akshu . But At last I am grateful to them for giving us shelter.
After doing all the work, I quickly went to the room to wake up Akshu for college and also got ready for my school.
Don't think that I am still studying in school !!No!! I am social science teacher in that school ok.
"Akshu, get up quickly and get ready baccha. don't you want to go to college? hmm"I told my brother and shook him.
He slowly opened his eyes and sat up.
"Good morning didu" akshu said and smiled.
"Good morning baccha" I wished him back and kissed his forehead.
"Go quickly, freshen up and get ready. We have to go otherwise we will be late."I told him.
He nodded her head and said "okay didu"And he went to get ready.
With a sigh I opened my wardrobe and I had barely 4 sets of clothes.
I took out a kurti and palazzo from them and went to get ready.
After some time, Akshu also got ready and we had our breakfast in the room itself. Because Taiji forbade us to sit and eat with them.
Then Akshu picked up his bag and I picked up my bag and went downstairs where my tauji, taiji and his daughter Sneha di were sitting in the living room.
I bowed my head and held Akshu's hand and slowly moved towards the door.
Then I heard my taiji voice
"Lo aa gayi maharani. Dono bhai behn chal diye muh kala karwane. Behn to humari izzat bechi hi chuki hai. Na sharam hai na lihaj. Puri samaj mai thu thu karwa rakha hai. Pta nahi aur kya kya dekhna baki reh gaya hai. Manhoos kahi ki.
"Areh mummy kise bol rahi ho jiska Kam hi hai Ameer ladko ko phasa kar apni raatein rangeen karna." Sneha di said bitterly.
After hearing all that, tears started flowing from my eyes. Akshu was about to say something but I stopped him by holding his hand.
I controlled my emotions and was about to move forward when suddenly someone held my hand and twisted it. Then I saw that it was my taiji.
As soon as Akshu saw this, he immediately came towards me and tried to free my hand and said
"Taiji kya kar rahe ho. Choro didu ka haath unhe dard ho raha hoga."
" Chup kar tu. Bada aaya didi ka chamcha. Aur tu ladki, agar bahar ja kar aese waise harkat ki aur mujhe khabar mili yad rakhio ye jo to udti rehti hai n tu bahar, sab band kar dungi phir padi rehna ek khone mai samjhi ?" Taiji said.
"Ji...ji..Aah...ji Tai..ji" I told her in pain as my hand was paining alot.
"Aur sun paise kab degi mahina lag gaya hai. Muft ka baith kar nahi khilaungi mai." She said after letting go my hand and there were marks on my hand.
"Ji..ji do ti..n Mai de..dungi." I said to her and we moved towards the door.
As soon as I came out of the house, tears started flowing from my eyes and I started sobbing.
Akshu came towards me and hugged me tightly and said
"Shhh....didu...mat ro please....ye taiji to hai hi pagal kuch v bolti hai....or sneha di wo chudail to khud ko dekha hai kya kabhi
Makeup ki dukhan....khud to raat bhar gayab rehti or aapko bolti h.....aap to mujhe bolne hi ni deti ni to batata mai....shhh didu....aap to meri strong didu ho n ....chup ho jao.
I came out of the hug and wiped my tears and said " Ab to aadat si ho gayi en sab ki. Zindagi ke diye Kuch gav aese bhi hote jinhe chah kar v hum bhar nahi sakte. Par tu chinta mat kar bacha Teri didu tooti zaroor hai par bikhri nahi. Tere liye mai har ladai ladne ko tayar hu."
" That's like my didi. Now give me a big smile" Akshu said chirpingly.
I smiled at him and said
"Chal ab, nahi to der ho jayegi Hume."
Then I stopped the auto and we sat in it and moved towards our respective destinations.
After reaching school, I took my schedule for the day and went to class. At 3 o'clock in the afternoon I was free from school. So I thought of calling Akshu and asking if he was free. He said it would take a little more time.
I sighed and stopped the auto to go to the library where I have been working for few months for extra money.
I was free at 7 o'clock and stopped the auto to go home quickly because I had to prepare dinner.
I quickly got down, paid the auto driver and quickly moved towards home.
As I went towards the house, at a short distance from there, there were 3-4 ladies standing and gossiping. I Didn't pay attention to it and went further. But Then I heard a woman saying about me
"Bechari es ladki ki kismat to dekho.
Choti Umar mai itna bada hadsa ho gya, phir maa baap ne saath chor diya aur ab apne aur apne bhai ka pet palane ke liye itni mehnat kar rhi hai. Bhagwan aesi kismat kisi ko na de sachi. Mujhe to badi Daya aati hai.
Then other women said" sahi bol rahi hai aap. Bechari dekho to kaisa chehra murjaya lag raha hai. Pata nahi eske taiji tauji khana v dhang se dete h ki nahi. Eslia kehti hu ladki ko thora apna tan dhak kar chalna chahiye. Areh kya pta kisiki niyat kab bigad jaye. Thora sambhal kar rehti to ye sab na hota eske saath.
After hearing this, I quickly went inside the house to my room, closed the door and sat close to the door and started crying.
